My 32 Years on Goldwings !

My Recent Ride

My Recent Ride

Well'it all started in 1978 with the purchase of the interstate 1100cc. And then it all esclated to the present with owning 1100,1200,1500 and the awsome 1800 Goldwing,I think as I can recollect I've owned at least 10 wings I know I owned 4 1500s and now 2 1800s In my estimation theirs not a touring motorcycle made to compare to the Goldwing. "The American made motorcycle out their is just a waste of your time and money". Plus' I dont have to wear earplugs to ride LOL. On average when started to ride Wings I put 25 to 35 thousand a year but with aging body, I only do about 10k a year. Have met wonderful people in my travels here on the east coast from Main to Florida and once rode to MtRushmore their is nothing but praise for this bike and the durability within it. The only negative thing I can say oil changes and tires changes come up to fast, but what pleasure it was wearing them out. In Conclusion if you want a trouble free ride their is only one choice Honda Goldwing.

Editor Response: Thanks Don. If only we could come up with oil changes and tire changes that keep us as young as our bikes...lol. Appreciate your story.
