1,294cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-valve, V-4 power produces class-leading power - 98hp and maximum torque of 89 ft-lb @ 4,750 rpm -for incomparable touring performance.

Air-adjustable, 43mm front fork with 140mm (5.6") of wheel travel smoothes out the bumps and can be adjusted for varying load capacities. Air-adjustable, link rear suspension features a vertically mounted single shock for that classic hardtail look and outstanding long-distance ride quality. Rear wheel travel is 105mm (4.1"). Yet the distance from the seat to the ground is only 29" so short people as well as tall can enjoy this bike.

Foward foot controls and both rider and passenger floorboards

6 Gallon fuel tank with low-fuel warning light ensure outstanding long distance touring range. Also has digital gas gauge.

Retro Style Speedo which is actually a digitial speedo showing both mph and km

Vintage-style instrument console features: digital speedometer, odometer, dual tripmeters, fuel reserve tripmeter, clock and fuel gauge. Convenient electronic cruise control system. Switch is located on right handlebar for ease of use.

The bike has a great centerstand that the original owner put on so that oil changes and cleaning the bike is a bunch easier. Plus, it has Yamaha's amazing quick detach windshield arrangement that allows you to go from a bike with a windshield to one without in about 2 minutes. And I'm sure you noticed the awesome rear top luggage that is on the bike for more storage and also putting in rear speakers if you desire to set up a sound system for your bike. All the bags....side and top are lockable colormatched hardbags.....NICE.
