Triumph's entry into the custom cruiser class is unequaled....in power....appearance....and handling. It's agility belies its size. What an awesome beast.

Boasting 2294 cc, this is the largest production motorcycle engine ever produced and provides a huge amount of torque and horsepower at a relatively low rpm...much like a tractor.. Power is instantaneous at any rpm. With the Triumph high performance exhaust that is on the bike, this bike is putting out over 140hp and 144.2 ft.lbs of torque....enough power and torque to rip the smile right off your face....lol. But don't worry, it will find it's way back to your face in about 1 second flat. Check out the actual dyno evaluation directly below that was done on my bike....awesome stuff.


The gorgeous Corbin Locking bags are color matched...look like they're molded into the body and are totally incredible looking. And for the record....THEY ARE A $2000 ADDITION.




The bike also has optional Triumph Touring Gel Seats with Back Rests for both rider and passenger. Total Comfort. It's about another $1000 option. Add the windshield....the awesome high output front running lights....lots of optional chrome....cruise control....the list goes on and on and you can see the value with this amazing bike. And the original mileage at the time of this posting is under 7000.



I have the original seats...the original exhaust...the original mirrors (check out the billet mirrors currently on the bike...nice)...as well as an awesome pair of "Shorty" Progressive Chrome rear shocks to lower the bike about 2" if you are short rider. I currently have the stock rear shocks on the bike.



And I have the Triumph Full Service Manual as well as the original owners manual for those like like to fix and dabble on their own.






It also has optional gauges including a fuel (gasoline) gauge and a Triumph Clock. And speaking of fuel...as big as this motor is...it still averages over 40 mpg on the highway......AMAZING.




This 3 cylinder Beast of a motor produces so much power that Triumph elected to actually use a governer to keep the power at the level it's at. For you tuners in the pack, there are tuning options available so you really can scare yourself. My bike was actually "dynoed" and I have the result sheet showing that it is producing right at 140hp at the rear wheel. This is due to the optional Triumph high performance exhaust system which look and sounds great. What makes this Triumph different is that it is set up like a Tourer but retains the beastly power of the original Rocket.

I am a middle aged guy and my initial reaction I had when I used to think about Triumph Motorcycles was "Prince Of Darkness" aka Lucas Electronics...lol. Triumphs always handled good but were always unreliable. Well, now I'm the proud owner of a 2008 Triumph Rocket 3 Tourer and have nothing but praise for this motorcycle.
